Africa need to celebrate the positive contribution by women towards the national liberation and development of the continent. This was said by the Minister of Gender Equality, Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare Doreen Sioka at the 58th Anniversary of Pan African Women's (PAWO) Day in Windhoek. The event was organised by the SWAPO Party Women's Council.
