International Relations and Cooperation Minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says adhering to COVID-19 protocols should not be a forceful matter, but a responsibility for everyone to abide by and to protect themselves and others. Nandi-Ndaitwah was speaking during the handover of medical supplies donated by the Belgium government.
