The inquiry on the murder case of the Nchindo brothers and their Zambian cousin continues in Kasane, Botswana. The first witness during day 7 of the inquiry, Detective Warrant Officer, Patrick Mafwila, told the court that he was excluded from the crucial parts of his work during the postmortem in Francistown. Mafwila testified that despite carrying his camera to Francistown for postmortem, he was declined by Botswana authorities to take photographs, however, his counterpart from Botswana Inspector Michael Jesaya, was allowed to take photographs of the deceased persons. Detective Mafwila further testified that he only went to the crime scene in Botswana on 24 November 2020, 19 days after the shootings and killings of the four men.
