Education, Arts and Culture Minister, Anna Nghipondoka says Namibian qualifications are now on par with the school-leaving qualifications of most of the countries in the world, making it easy for local students to compete for tertiary admission anywhere. Nghipondoka made these remarks when announcing the first-ever national Advanced Subsidiary Level results in Otjozondjupa Region.
