The National Assembly Speaker has issued a stern warning to Members of Parliament (MPs) on their conduct during parliamentary debates, saying he would not hesitate to order those misbehaving to leave the House. Professor Peter Katjavivi says the behaviour of some MPs are tarnishing the image of the legislative chamber and threatening its integrity.
