The Minister of Urban and Rural Development noted that despite the limited funding it gets, the public broadcaster has over the years demonstrated effectiveness, through its ability in coverage and putting out relevant content. Erastus Uutoni says broadcasting is an expensive trade and that the NBC needs support for it to fulfil its mandate.
