Members of Parliament in the National Council (NC) have called for proper coordination of projects that the National Planning Commission, is managing at regional and constituency levels. Speaking during budget debate of the NPC, parliamentarians complained that most regions and constituencies are often not consulted during the planning process, resulting in reporting wrongly on projects.
