The newly elected secretary of the Swapo Party Youth League Ephaim Nekongo has assured the former acting secretary that his leadership will maintain unity and discipline. Nekongo was elected unopposed at the sixth Congress at Katima Mulilo after Mandela Kapere pullout at the last minute.
