The Khomas Regional Council says it will not be business as usual for service delivery in the next five years. Its chairperson, Shaalukeni Moonde says the council will engage the community to listen to their needs as outlined in the 2022/23 to 2026/27 Regional Council Strategic Plan. Moonde was speaking at the opening of the Khomas Regional Council for the year 2021.
