NSFAF clarified the pledge it made, to pay students a N$10 000 non-tuition fee. The fund, however, explained it would assist Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) students with funds for e-learning purposes. There will be no N$10 000 payments made to students as earlier announced. The acting chief executive officer (CEO) of the fund, Kennedy Kandume says the COVID-19 response strategy, which was announced at the start of April was an "intent" to assist the beneficiaries of the fund.
