The Police in the Oshana Region is concerned about the illegal use of drugs by primary school-going children. Oshana Police Regional Commander, Commissioner Rauha Amwele expressed this concern during a briefing with NAMPOL Inspector General, Sebastian Ndeitunga at Oshakati on Friday.
