Oshikoto Region Governor, Penda ya Ndakolo, says the challenge of compensating affected communities who made way for development in the region, remains unresolved as the regional council is waiting for funds from the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development. Ya Ndakolo said this at Omuthiya while presenting his State of the Region Address (SORA) on Friday.
