Residents of Otjiwarongo have commended the Namibia Correctional Services (NCS) for its rehabilitation programme involving offenders saying this would prepare them to be ready after their release. They expressed these sentiments during the outreach programme at Kalkfeld by the NCS, aimed to create awareness among the communities on the programme.
