Otjozondjupa Governor James Uerikua is concerned about the continued non-adherence of lockdown regulations by some residents. Uerikua said this during his visit to the Okahandja-Otjiwarongo roadblock, where a traffic jam was experienced, ahead of the nationwide lockdown.
