With less than 3 weeks to go before voters of the Ncamagoro Constituency in the Kavango West Region go to the polls to elect their new councillor, political parties are hard at work, canvassing for support. The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) and an Independent Candidate held their first rallies in the constituency, where they presented their manifestos.
