Schools failing to observe preventative measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 will still be held responsible for negligence, despite demanding parents to sign indemnity forms. Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila says the signing of an indemnity form as learners return to school cannot separate someone from their statutory responsibilities.
