President Hage Geingob has assured the president of the 74th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) session, Tjijani Muhammad Bande, of Namibia's support and cooperation throughout his tenure. Geingob held a brief closed-door meeting with Professor Bande, who hails from Nigeria, on the margins of the General Assembly. The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah briefed the media on the talks.
