President Hage Geingob called on US President, Joe Biden to rekindle the progress made in US-Cuba talks during the Obama administration. Dr Geingob said this as he reiterated Namibia's positions on the ending of the economic, commercial and financial embargo by the US against Cuba as well as the need for UN Security Council reform.
