President Hage Geingob has conferred an official funeral on former Erongo Governor, Cleophas Mutjavikua. This was revealed by Otjozondjupa Governor, James Uerikua when he visited the family of the late Mutjavikua at Ongongoro in the Okakarara Constituency.
