President Hage Geingob has expressed confidence in US President, Joe Biden's ability to ensure developing countries are not discriminated against in the distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. Speaking during President Biden's COVID-19 summit, Dr Geingob said the Namibian government has taken key steps including increasing human resources for health, provision of reliable oxygen supply and is targeting to vaccinate more than half of its population by next year. The COVID-19 Summit focuses on four key areas including equal access to vaccines to up-shots around the world.
