President Hage Geingob says Namibians rejected the divide and rule policies propelled by the colonial apartheid regime to embrace unity and therefore culture should not be used to advance negative tribal agenda and divide the tribes. It is with this stern message that the Head of State opened the 21st Annual National Cultural Festival at Katima Mulilo.
