After a three-day regional visit to Kunene, Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila is advising regional and local councils to find modalities to roll out services to their residents, as Government is still challenged by the COVID-19 sparked economic downturn. This follows after back to back meetings with councillors there who outlined difficulties in terms of land service delivery, road, water and sewerage provision in their localities.
