All ten men facing charges of corruption in the alleged illegal exploitation of fishing quotas scandal have received money either personally or through their companies. This is contained in a report by audit firm Deloitte Namibia, which forms part of Andreas Kanyangela's testimony, presented at the ongoing bail hearing. The report cited James Hatukulipi as the biggest beneficiary.
