Residents of Sauyemwa informal settlement at Rundu, who are to be relocated to pave way for the construction of a school, are demanding compensation before they move. As such, the residents, who occupied the land allocated to the Ministry of Education, Arts and Culture, have been frustrating the ministry's efforts to complete the construction of a school there.
