The second occupant from a gyrocopter that crashed 10km outside Windhoek on Thursday, has died. Magnus Abraham, Director of Accident and Incident Investigation in the Ministry of Works and Transport confirmed to NBC News that Pierre Blaauw died at around 06h00 on Friday morning. The person who died on the scene yesterday was identified as Donbaldt Noa, son of Anti-Corruption Commission boss Paulus Noa.
