Strong winds accompanied by heavy rains caused extensive damage to agricultural infrastructure at Ndonga Linena Green Scheme Irrigation Project in the Kavango East Region. The wind destroyed five centre pivots, blew away the roofs of small-scale farmers' houses and also damaged the farms' power supply system.
