After nearly three years since construction ended, the Shack Dwellers Federation houses built at the Kalkfeld settlement will soon be connected to electricity. This was confirmed by Otjiwarongo Constituency Councillor Marlyn Mbakera, who said residents have been in the dark, due to a lack of funding.
