Swapo candidate, Ritha Sinjanga has been elected as Ncuncuni constituency councillor. Sinjanga who received 1097 votes, beat the APP's Paulus Mangundu who managed 355 votes. The elections were characterised by a poor voter turnout, with only 1452 votes cast in a constituency with almost 5 000 registered voters.
