The Minister of Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development has urged businesses, particularly those from the Kavango East Region, to apply for support grants from the ministry. Lucia Iipumbu was speaking at the launch of the conclusion of the SADC Industrial Upgrading and Modernisation Programme in Windhoek.
