Social workers from all 14 regions are attending a five-day leadership and capacity training workshop at Otjiwarongo. Speaking at the official opening of the workshop, the Deputy Minister of Health and Social Services stressed that social workers are undervalued by some despite the crucial role they play in supporting the wellbeing of communities.
