The Swapo Regional Women's Conference (SPWC) ended in chaos at Katima Mulilo in the Zambezi Region, after delegates were allegedly told that one of the contestants for Regional Coordinator was removed from the list by the Head Office. The Women's Conference that usually takes place every five years was supposed to have elected the SPWC regional coordinator for women, regional mobilisers and regional treasures.
