The SWAPO Party Youth League (SPYL) branch at Rundu has called on the Town Council to use new innovations in addressing its poor road network. The call was made by the youth league's Regional Secretary for Kavango East, Anselm Marungu, who says interlocks have proven to be a good and cheap alternative to asphalt in the paving of especially town roads.
