Stock theft is becoming a cause for concern in the area of Otjituuo in the Okakarara Constituency. Last month alone, farmers lost more than 20 livestock. Otjituuo Community Anti-Theft Unit attributed this to higher prices offered at auctions as the main contributor to stock theft.
