The supplementary registration of voters started off at a slow pace in the Zambezi Region, but without any hiccups. ECN regional coordinator Alfred Mbukusa says despite the low-turnout, no challenges were reported, except an incident where voter registration kits froze at one of the registration points in the Kabbe South constituency.
