Children with disabilities have to work harder and do what comes easily to most able-bodied people. Thirteen-year-old Jonas Shilongo from Iinyanga Village in the Omusati Region, who was born with a congenital limb defect, refuses to feel pity for himself saying this is the only life he has ever known and will live it without any limits.
