Three suspects wanted for allegedly stealing cellphones out of vehicle

The Namibian Police is requesting for public assistance in tracking down suspected thieves. The suspects allegedly stole items from a motor vehicle on Wednesday 27 May, at about 08h57 at Wernhill Delivery Site, CDB, Windhoek. It is alleged that the suspects broke into the delivery vehicle, removed the property and when the complainant responded they held him at knifepoint and forcefully robbed him. The nature of the items stolen includes boxes containing brand new cellphones. The three suspects fled the scene in a black seven-seater Colt N143990W. The vehicle has been recovered, found hidden at Dorado Park but the suspects are on the run. One suspect Reinhold Shikongo was arrested today in Katutura. The stolen items are not yet found.
