The Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency together with the National Youth Council (NYC) is offering skills training to young farmers at horticulture gardens launched by the Sports Youth and National Services Ministry last year. The horticulture gardens were launched by the Ministry in collaboration with the National Youth Council in all 14 regions last year.
