MTC's Tim Ekandjo, in his personal capacity, has donated N$25 000 as a reward to anyone with information that would lead to the whereabouts of the missing three-year-old Spencer Mandela Nakale. The money was donated through the Office of the //Kharas Governor and NAMPOL. Mandela went missing late last year.
