Traffic flow at the roadblocks is returning to normality, as travellers are no longer required to obtain permits between regions. Our News team visited the Okahandja-Otjiwarongo roadblock to observe the flow of traffic Deputy Commissioner in the Namibian Police, Victoria Matjila reminded travellers to adhere to the regulations which are in place.
