The continuous escape of truck drivers from quarantine facilities at Walvis Bay could undermine the Government's efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19 in Erongo. The Namibian Marine Corp Commandant Appolos Haimbala blamed truck owners for their failure to stop their drivers from doing so.
