The Teacher's Union of Namibia (TUN) demands immediate payment of tax returns and an increase in wages for its members, warning of unspecified consequences if their demands are ignored this year. Secretary-General, Mahongora Kavihuha, says they have been inundated with calls from civil servants whose tax returns are outstanding for the last three years from the Ministry of Finance.
