Two-day Cabinet Retreat ends

The need to increase investments in agriculture, education and skills development dominated the discussions during the two-day retreat for Cabinet and senior Government officials in Windhoek. Following intense discussions, the retreat reached a consensus on agriculture and food security, education as well as the provision of land as areas to be tackled with urgency. But this will require Cabinet to implement programmes bearing in mind the need to diversify exports, upskill and reskill workers.
