The two additional Fishrot accused, Phillipus Mwapopi (34) and Otniel Shuundifonya (35) have been arrested today. The two-handed themselves over to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC). They were accompanied by their defence lawyer, Milton Engelbrecht. Mwapopi and Shuundifonya are expected to appear in the Windhoek Magistrate's Court today.
