The Chairperson of the Ukwangali Traditional Authority says the authority will re-apply for Eugene Siwombe to be recognised officially by Government as the traditional authority's Hompa. Hamunyera Hambyuka revealed this at a community meeting that was arranged by the Ukwanagali Traditional Authority at Kahenge in Kavango West on Saturday.
