The United States African Development Foundation President, Travis Adkins has visited the central coast, as part of his agenda to initiate a partnership and invest in Namibia. Adkins told nbc News that he is not here to tell Namibians what they should do, but rather to find out how the foundation can help Namibians become self-reliant.
