President Hage Geingob says the contributions of the late Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Technology and Innovation, Venomuinjo Kauaria are to be found in her reformative and progressive ideas in the education sector. The minister in the Presidency, Christine Hoebes read Dr Geingob's speech on his behalf at her memorial service in Windhoek yesterday.
