Vice-President Nangolo Mbumba has called for an urgent solution in Ukraine as diplomatic efforts to ease tensions is faltering and fears of war intensifies between Russia and North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO). Mbumba fears that if war breaks out between Russia and NATO, it will spell a disaster for the rest of the world. He was responding to a question on the fast brewing tension between Russia and Ukraine during a media conference.
