The Erongo Regional Police Commander, Andreas Nelumbu says his forces are geared to enforce Stage 1 regulations in the Walvis Bay local authority area. The lockdown will come into effect at 19h00 today. Nelumbu is reminding the residents of the Walvis Bay Constituency that the area has reverted to Stage 1. Only essential service providers will be allowed to commute in and out of the region.
