The Walvis Bay Urban Constituency Councillor Knowledge Ipinge claims N$24 million has gone missing at Walvis Bay municipality, from the sale of houses built under the massive urban land servicing project in 2017. Ipinge is now threatening to lay criminal charges against individuals and entities involved in the project.
