The World Food Programme (WFP) and the Hardap Regional Council have signed a memorandum of understanding for the implementation of a sustainable food systems programme in the Hardap Region. The agreement is in line with government initiatives aimed at improving food security and self-sufficiency, thereby curbing dependency on food hand-outs.
